More than 30 years ago, The Julian Trust was born out of a growing concern for the number of people sleeping on the streets of Bristol in doorways, derelict buildings, cemeteries and car park stairwells.

Today, sadly, little has changed – as most of us who live in Bristol cannot help but have noticed.

In fact, the need to help has never been greater with homelessness in our city now twice the national average.

What better way then, we thought, to raise money for the charity’s vital night shelter, than to have a seriously glittery, star spangled, megawatt night of music, entertainment, food, dancing and sheer wall-to-wall fun.

So dress up and join us for what will be an unforgettable evening.

Did you know….?

  • The Julian Trust Night Shelter is open five days a week all year round
  • It is funded entirely on voluntary donations and run by volunteers
  • It provides 18 beds a night with showers laundry and clean clothing
  • It provides 60 meals a night
  • It costs about £1500 a week to run
  • It gives out five or six sleeping bags a night
  • It gives out 18 toothbrushes a night so always needs to replenish supplies

Please join us to raise money for this very worthy cause
